Heart Expansion

During this healing flow, you will spend time opening the heart space to connect to a deeper part of yourself. We begin with gentle backbends to physically peel away any layers of tension and from there we progressively dive deeper into the expansion. This class is excellent for anyone going through a period of stress, sadness, grief or depression, and is designed to bring balance back into your heart centre.

Vocal Yoga

Inspired by tantrum yoga, tribal movements and techniques taken from vocal empowerment coaching. Vocal Yoga encourages you to let out your stresses and frustrations by singing, yelling, screaming, stomping, chest-pounding and inevitably laughing. This sound-therapy fusion class will allow you to connect with your inner child, while expressing yourself as you let go of emotions, especially any old stuff that is sitting in there festering. You can expect powerful movements, an excellent throat chakra clearing and plenty of vocal fun.

Agua Flow

This water-inspired practice aims to increase fluidity and release tension and rigidity from the mind as well as the body. Streaming through nourishing movements will help you to invoke the water element and oceanic breathing. There is a healing focus on the Sacral Chakra (governing the area of hips, pelvis, groin and lower back). You can expect rhythmic wave-like transitions to help achieve a state of flow.

Funky Flow

Funky Hips | Funky Core | Funky Balance

Time to get funky and go off the beaten track with yoga. Switching up the practice is not only a great physical challenge but also a mental one. We incorporate more core activation, glute work and yoga poses that you won’t see coming. Learning unique variations will inspire you to really pay attention and focus on your body. Trying new things is incredibly empowering and you will carry this strength and confidence with you off the mat!

Yogilates

Core fit | Leg day | Booty burn

A Pilates based yoga practice to sculpt, tone and condition the body. Yogilates helps to build strength for a supportive frame, a powerful core and smooth yoga transitions. The short drill-style exercises enhance muscular control and prepare the body effectively to perform yoga postures safely. The Yoga aspect allows a lovely deep stretch after.

Chakra Flow

Balancing and stabilising your physical body through asana practice also rebalances your subtle body. The 7 primary chakras are spinning wheels of energy that run along our energetic spine. Use these sequences to get in touch with your energy centers and channel more creativity, confidence, and joy into your life. Chakra yoga practices help add mental, spiritual, and physical balance, as well as promote good energy flow and focus.

Feel Good Flow

Grounding | Releasing | Recharging

This one is for those who are new to yoga or interested in more of a chill practice. A gentle flow that incorporates simple sequences to warm up the body, as well as slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and stretch. The class will end with an extended period of relaxation. No experience or flexibility required. Perfect to practice any time of the day.

Rinse & Spin

A mandala style practice to detoxify the mind and body. Rinse & Spin is a flow that uses different positions - particularly twists, bends and binds, to stimulate your internal organs, especially the ones that extract waste from your body. This sequence will improve your digestion, boost your strength and flexibility and leave you feeling internally washed.

Agni Flow

A fiery practice inspired by the fire god Agni and our third chakra, Manipura, the centre which governs our inner power and digestive energy. In this practice we journey through stimulating breath-work, core strength poses, deep twists, longer holds and powerful movements. Fire is the most powerful element for action, and when we tap into its energy, we bring alive a sense of transformation within ourselves.

Ninja Warrior

Inspired by Budokon Yoga, Ninja Warrior is a combined practice that helps to improve mobility and build strength by combining yoga with elements of martial arts, calisthenics and animal locomotion. The physical work strengthens the body, the mental work strengthens the mind. Apart from toning the arms, legs, back and core, NInja Warrior helps you reconnect with a fearless child-like nature, as it encourages you to move your body in a challenging yet playful way.

Beginners Yoga Program

Welcome to Yoga! In this series, you will find five segments of a yoga flow broken down into individual classes. Breathing techniques, meditation, Sanskrit explanations and fun facts are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on breath, simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.

Yin

Earth | Heart | Pure Blue | Fire

A series of slow, long holds and mat-based postures that stretch out the connective tissues and fascia in the body. We incorporate principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with a sequence to nourish the digestive system and release stress in the hips and the spine. To do Yin is to give over control - such a rare and therapeutic concept in our modern day lives.
