For PTSD, anxiety, depression, mental health and body image disturbance. Perhaps therapy has led you to yoga but you do not yet feel ready to join a group class, or maybe you would like some additional support. As a trained practitioner in Trauma Informed Yoga, I am here to assist and tailor a practice to your specific needs.
